We conduct a workshop as a preparation before risk assessment of the changed organization


We plan risk assessments in joint consultation with HR and managers


We lead the organization through risk assessment and analysis of roles/positions involved.


Risk assessments will be carried out with the support of our software Zert RM and documented at each risk assessment meeting

You yourselves follow up your action plan in a smartphone or a computer – the risk assessment will thus be very efficient


We will define final risks in joint consultation and compile a report for the management
